Libya has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Spanish NGO Remar on the establishment of a village hospital in eastern Libya, to service areas affected by the recent floods from Storm Daniel.
Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) has requested that subsidiary Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) works more intensively to increase oil production from AGOCO-affiliated fields.
The summit will bring together major players in the national and international energy sector and seeks to facilitate the signing of new deals in the sector.
