Resolving disputes with conviction.

We focus on litigating complex disputes while providing top-tier client service that is confident and clear – never forgetting that the optimal result might involve an alternative solution. Whatever stage your dispute is at, we’ll add real value. That might be providing market-leading advocacy, giving advice on discrete issues or being called as an expert witness on complex questions of Libyan law.

We have represented clients before an extensive range of trial, appellate, regulatory and alternative disputes resolution tribunals (including the ICC) across the EMEA region, and are particularly strong in advising on the growing compliance and regulatory requirements for dealings involving Libyan state-owned entities. We also understand the current international Libyan sanctions regime, and can advise closely on relevant risk mitigation measures.
