The National Oil Corporation of Libya today unveiled the much-anticipated results of the Libya Bid Round, the first auction of upstream assets in over 17 years.
Tarek Eltumi, founding Partner of Eltumi Partners, recently attended the first Libya Energy Transition Conference in London, which brought together REAOL, GECOL, NOC, Bank ABC, international developers (including Metlen) and legal advisers to examine how Libya intends to deliver its renewable energy ambitions.
On 26 November 2025 in London, Eltumi Partners was represented by Tarek Eltumi who joined a panel alongside senior representatives of the Renewable Energy Authority of Libya (REAOL) at the Libya Energy Transition Conference.
