Pro Bono

We are committed to Libya and to contributing to sustainable economic and social development through our pro bono work. Whether supporting international majors to achieve their CSR objectives or helping micro entrepreneurs and SMEs develop capacity to manage legal issues to launch their business. We actively seek to support initiatives that will have a positive impact on the built environment, help develop skills and talent and make a real difference to our communities.

As an example, the firm’s pro bono efforts became the forefront of our response to the Derna floods crisis in Libya in September 2023. In response to the crisis, the firm provided pro bono support to international companies that sought to donate to the relief effort but faced regulatory hurdles. Additionally, the firm collaborated with other prominent businesses in Tripoli, and the student body at the University of Tripoli, to raise funds and provide logistical support in the relief effort.
