Kara is Professional Development Director at Eltumi Partners. Her role at the firm is to work with all team members, in particular our juniors, to ensure that we are providing the highest possible service to our clients and community. Having begun her career as a lawyer at a major US firm, she subsequently developed an esteemed career in training and practice management in the legal arena. As a result, she brings deep expertise and a sharp strategic mindset to the firm’s professional development programs and broader strategy.
Meeting regularly with individual team members to provide tailored feedback and advice on their work, Kara manifests the firm’s aim of nurturing the next generation of legal talent.
