Amr is counsel at Eltumi Partners. Having previously worked as an in-house legal advisor at a public sector entity, Amr has a strong understanding of public laws and the public sector’s approach to contractual and commercial relationships. Amr honed this awareness whilst in private practice over many years, appearing as advocate in several major disputes heard before the Libyan courts, as well as advising a range of domestic and international companies on labour laws, social security obligations and immigration matters.

His background means Amr is adept at managing legal and regulatory filings with public authorities and entities in keeping with our firm values and in pursuit of our client objectives. Amr’s experience, developed over the past two decades, means he has a sharp eye for detail and can read the room quickly and effectively.

Based in our Tripoli office, Amr is fluent in Arabic and is a qualified lawyer in Libya.
