Eltumi Partners is pleased to announce that it will host the upcoming Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) event, “Investment in Libya’s Upstream Sector: Update & Outlook.”

The event will take place on Thursday, 16 October 2025, at The Walbrook Club in London.

The evening will bring together leading energy industry experts to discuss the current state of Libya’s upstream oil and gas market and explore future investment opportunities. Discussion will focus on the evolving legal and technical considerations in Libya’s upstream sector, an analysis of the country’s new fiscal terms, and the implications for international oil companies and investors.

The event begins with a networking reception from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., followed by the panel discussion from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tarek Eltumi and Ahmed Gaddah will be speaking at the event, as well as Pablo Gay Ger, Legal Director at Repsol, and Ross Cassidy, Vice President of Middle East and North Africa Research at Welligence.
