Eltumi Partners is delighted to announce the opening of a new office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Home to several major international energy and infrastructure companies, and in particular upstream joint operating companies and downstream SPVs, Amsterdam is a key legal, financial and operational nexus between the MENA region, continental Europe and the UK.
Our new Amsterdam office will complement our existing offices in Tripoli and London such that we can now connect these focal points and provide our clients with seamless and integrated service across the global energy and infrastructure sectors. The expansion of the firm’s footprint into The Netherlands builds on our recent work advising international clients on the restructuring of Dutch downstream companies and on the development of a major EU-wide hydrogen fuel supply business, and we are now ready to support Libyan and MENA inbound investment and activity into The Netherlands and the EU.
Housed in the World Trade Centre complex in the Amsterdam Zuid business district, the new office represents our firm’s belief in the vast potential and fast-growing opportunities for international companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Our enhanced service offering will mean we are able to support our clients in pursuit of these opportunities wherever they may be.
